Its over . . . Woooo Hooooo!

So yesterday Kassi graduated from high school. Yea Kassi!! It seems like only yesterday she was chasing boys on the playground, and hanging out with her friend Kelli from third grade . . . It seems only yesterday we were chanting "Sassy Kassi" and playing dog and owner (I was the dog.) Oh how time flies. Everyone keeps asking me how it feels to have her done with high school. . . so my answer (to all you who may ask) I feel no different than I did two weeks ago. Kassi has only been counting down since her sixteenth birthday, so her graduating has been no surprise. . . In less than a month she will be moving out and going to BYU. . . (in the words of grandma miller) Oh my glory! that little chicky is growing up! Way to go chicky.


Lagoon day was a couple of days ago and I have to say, It was the best Lagoon experience I've ever had! I hung out with Mercedes, Brit, Carlos, Brayden, and Jakob (others came and went so this was not a group date- that was for you dad:)) We had a blast! Everyone enjoyed themselves from what I could tell. At two we met many from our school and most of the faculty at the bumper cars . . . Let me tell you, it was quite the sight to see! I totally got so many of my teachers and friends. . . It was da bomb. the ride Wicked was soooooo much fun . . . For those of you who don't know what it is. . . its a roller coaster that goes straight up and straight down again, goes through some corkscrews, lots of hills and twists and turns. . . Yeah. . . Its the best. . .


Now for the reason for my title. . . Today was the last day of Jr. High. Never will I have to be a student there again. I am done for FOREVER!!!!!!!!! Wooo Hooo! Today signing yearbooks was the best. I loved wishing my friends a great Summer, whether they be old or new. . . This year has really been a lot of fun. I've made some lasting friendships, while others have just drifted apart. I think its all part of growing up. . . Any way you put it I'M GOING TO HIGH SCHOOL BABY!!!!!!!! I can't wait to serve my duty as a Squashmore.
